I bought this reflective scrap paper YEARS ago for a science project for my daughter...Don't you just LOVE when something old is totally COOL! I also used my Christmas present a Papertrey Ink Border die {LOVE} for the ruffle felt along the side. This is the cheap felt from walmart or Michaels...I just run it through my cuttlebug a couple of times for a complete cut! Then for the very frilly look I cut in between each scallop...if you look back at my "make a wish" card I used the PTI Border for that too but it is just flat..what a difference right? Hope you like.
Don't forget this Friday the First My Pink Stamper Blog Hop! YAY!
{hugs}~Raechel
{supplies}
cartridge: Forever Young
stamp: none
paper: DCWV All about Girls mat stack, PaperTrey Ink Chartreuse, walmart reflective paper-old
extras: Ribbon, FELT!!! CB flower die, PaperTrey Ink border die (size medium)
{FOLLOW UP QUESTION} For the Felt I ran a strip of ATG tape (any STRONG tape will do) down the length of the card then I gathered and pressed, the felt from one top to bottom. Thank you so much for commenting I LOVE questions and I LOVE COMMENTS!

Wow! that looks great! I love the ruffle, I want to try something like this. What did you use to stick the felt to the paper?
You are so creative, I want you to try something with printable vinyl. I've just started into this hobby, and I've been blogging about my projects on http://www.cricketcandy.com I hope you will come see what I've been doing. Thanks
I just figured out how to link to my blog. Sorry, I'm new at this, but I hope everyone likes what I've been doing.
