Hi Everyone!! For this My Pink Stamper Post we were challenged to create a scrapbook layout! YIKES...I have ONLY been making cards sooo this was indeed a challenge! Instead of grabbing one of my old untouched scrapbooks I decided to create a new mini for a VERY SPECIAL event in my beautiful daughter's life!
On March 12, 2011 (two weeks ago) my 16 year old daughter made a choice to commit herself a life of physical and spiritual purity, there was a ceremony where 20 friends and family showed support of her choice. In this day and age of technology, having everything NOW and intimacies no longer being viewed as precious it is a brave girl to say I choose to wait! I am so proud because this was her very own decision. For the young people out there as the pastor said during the ceremony it is never to late to make this commitment, no matter what your past holds you can chose to be pure now. Happy hugs to all the young ones out there you are all so very precious!
I hope you all like the mini I made! My Pink Stamper's More Faithful Sayings was the perfect stamp set for this creation!{hugs}~Raechel

Awesome mini!! I love the black, white and touch of green! :)
My daughter made the same commitment when she was 13 and wears her purity ring everyday. God has truly blessed us both with wonderful daughters. She will love the mini. What a great way to remember such a special day in her life. I am so happy for you and for her!
God Bless

Rachel,
This is such a great mini album. I love the colors and how you put it together, but most of all I love the purpose for it. Great job in raising your daughter and teaching her about the importance of being pure. My husband and I are associate pastors and we help lead the young adults at our church. So many people don't understand the importance to remain pure and live their life for God. Thank you for sharing this project with all of us. And congratulations to your daughter on her amazing decision.

Beautiful :) The colors are wonderful, but what is even better is hearing about your daughter. Having two teens myself I know how hard it is to grow up in the world today and commend her and you in her choices.
What a blessing to have your daughter make that special commitment! She must have a wonderful example from her parents. The album if beautiful!
Ok, I'm subscribing to your site. That mini album is my all time favorite. I love polka dots and love black and white so this was an absolute hit for me.
